Back in December, I was lucky enough to capture Brooke and Simons Wedding at the magnificent Great Fosters in Surrey. The Wedding took place between Christmas and New Year which is a wonderful time to get married, everybody is in the Christmas Spirit, eager to indulge and celebrate a little more. The weather was crisp and bright, beautifully British!
The venue, Great Fosters was just breathtaking, a grade one listed building set amongst 50 acres of majestic gardens and countryside in Surrey. The ceremony room was every inch the winter wonderland which added to the magic of this Christmassy Wedding. The main hall where the Wedding Breakfast was held was grand and beautiful whilst still managing to keep an intimating and warm feel.
The Bride, Brooke is an actress and has an MBE for her Anti-Knife Crime campaigning, her loving and caring nature shines through in her warm and welcoming personality. It was clear on the day that her kindness had touched every one of her guests, most of all her groom, Simon. The couple were great to photograph, I managed to capture so many beautiful moments between the two of them especially with reportage style shots because they were happy to relax and immerse themselves in the day, so much happiness and emotion come out in these photographs. It is so good to see a couple enjoying every minute of their day, so in love and in the moment.
The entire Wedding had a really fun and genuinely loving feel about it.
Thank you so much to Brooke and Simon for letting me and the MBP team be part of your Wedding! Here are a selection of photographs from the day. Enjoy!
